Reporting into a talented and supportive Head of Digital, you will work across all major and emerging Search platforms such as Google Shopping, Performance Max, Bing, Criteo etc, managing the end to end Global performance campaigns spending 7 figure budgets along the way Working from an incredible, fully-kitted office space, you'll be surrounded by industry leading specialists to train, develop and upskill you in all areas of paid media. Lead global paid search strategy, with a strong emphasis on scaling success in the US market. Collaborate with multiple brands, aligning paid search efforts with overarching business objectives. Analyse GA and audience data, turning insights into actionable strategies that fuel growth. Work closely with CRM, Content, and SEO teams to integrate marketing strategies and drive customer engagement. Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying key growth opportunities and improving ROAS, CPA, and other KPIs. Strategically plan and allocate budgets across channels, campaigns, audiences, and products to maximize impact. Utilize advanced segmentation techniques, leveraging first-party data, behavioural insights, and demographic profiling to enhance targeting and engagement. Your skills & background: 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing large-scale paid search campaigns – either in house or agency side International campaign experience a bonus – US market in particular Proven expertise in Google Ads & Bing Ads, with a strong understanding of budget management and optimization. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working across multiple teams and brands. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills. A proactive, results-driven mindset, ready to take their paid search strategy to the next level.
