The IT & Contract Talent Partner will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and retaining top IT talent across both permanent and contract roles. This role will focus on delivering a seamless and efficient recruitment experience while implementing strategies to attract and retain highly skilled technology professionals.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and contract IT roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn, and partnerships with universities and industry networks.
