We’re hiring Care Assistants in the Billingshurst and Pulborough areas as well as in Storrington, Horsham, Henfield, and Steyning.

* Monday to Friday (9:00 – 18:00): £13.25 per hour
* Monday to Friday Early & Late Hours (07:00 – 09:00 & 18:00 – 22:00): £13.50 per hour
* Weekends (07:00 – 22:00): £14.75 per hour
* Bank Holidays (07:00 – 22:00): £19.00 per hour
* Paid mileage at 30p per mile

About The Role
What you’ll be doing:
Providing high-quality care and support to people in their own homes, including:
✔ Personal care
✔ Meal preparation
✔ Medication support
✔ Companionship
You'll share with other staff in meeting the personal care and support needs of customers in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes their independence. The care and support provided by Care and Support Workers is expected to include support that would reasonably be given by members of the client’s family and is not to include tasks that would normally be undertaken by a trained nurse.

Desired Criteria
* Previous experience working in a health or social care environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
