We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our European operations, drive growth, and manage a diverse team of Account Managers. LI-hybrid LI-AIT 4 years of proven experience in IT Professional Services sales, with demonstrated success in complex solution selling to startup companies 2 years of experience leading and developing distributed sales teams in a multicultural European environment Solid understanding of a broad range of technical service offerings, including DevOps implementation, cloud and IT infrastructure consulting, project-based and managed services, custom solutions, and ongoing technical support Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas Strong network within the European startup ecosystem, particularly in technology and digital native companies Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively across cultural boundaries Excellent presentation and organizational capabilities, with a strong focus on strategic planning Track record of successful collaboration with marketing, operations, and technical teams Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
