Role and Responsibilities:
1. Lead the public health engineering discipline on assigned projects.
2. Attend briefing meetings and develop plans to meet project milestones.
3. Provide clear targets and deliverables to support engineers.
4. Monitor and apply document control and design management procedures.
5. Maintain a programme of personal continuous professional development (CPD) and training to stay abreast of the latest technological and statutory standards.
6. Deliver specialist design and project management advice professionally.
7. Work within a change management regime to ensure work is authorised before commencement.
8. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.
9. Apply company standards and systems, utilising agreed strategies, standard details, and specifications.
10. Anticipate and pre-empt potential problems with design development or project delivery.
11. Maintain a positive disposition towards the company, its staff, and its customer base.
12. Attend sites to ensure design standards are being applied and report any defects.
13. Undertake any other duties as required.
