We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and inventive Strategic Account Manager to join the Customer Success team responsible for managing and developing Data projects within the Data Department (DataCorp) and client relations with our global strategic advertisers. Reporting to the Strategic Account Manager, you represent DataCorp to key strategic accounts and JCDecaux subsidiaries worldwide at both local and global levels. You already have experience in advertising within an advertiser/media/agency and an affinity for the sector, particularly for data and insight. Reports into: Global Account Data Director What you'll be doing Run major advertiser accounts where you will be the ambassador for all JCDecaux data-related activity for key accounts. Guide strategic advertisers for a smooth and effective adoption of JCDecaux's data solutions locally and globally and drive growth and foster loyalty Work closely with Product teams (Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager), Corp entities, and JCDecaux Business Units. Support and coordinate relationships with a portfolio of global key client accounts to establish long-term partnerships. Define and implement a data strategy for your accounts Identify client needs/objectives Define and track medium and long-term client KPIs Develop a deep understanding of DataCorp's product and service offerings to upsell and cross-sell to key advertisers Conduct studies using solutions provided by DataCorp (pre/post-campaign studies) Define the delivery schedule of studies/services for each Key Account Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and overall account satisfaction. Participate, if necessary, in building client presentations for new partnerships and opportunities A little bit about you Experienced in identifying and rapidly developing strategic business opportunities which may need a creative approach to proposing suitable client solutions.
