The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to spearhead the development and implementation of a global talent acquisition strategy that supports the organization's growth across all business levels. This pivotal role demands a strategic and operational leader with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employer branding, and relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-level talent strategies, ensuring the attraction of diverse talent, and enhancing the company's employer brand to position it as an employer of choice in the global market.

Minimum Requirements:
Applicants for the Head of Talent Acquisition role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership position, preferably within a global and fast-paced environment. The role requires a strong understanding of operational and corporate recruitment, the ability to recruit for a diverse range of functions and roles, and a proven ability to develop and execute talent strategies that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in employer branding and recruitment marketing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in developing diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies, as well as the ability to use data and analytics to optimize talent acquisition efforts, is essential.
