Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive the success of the store by focusing on customer experience and colleague development.
2. Deliver commercial growth and cultivate a team culture centered on putting the customer first.
3. Oversee the overall running of the store, ensuring alignment with our 5-year strategy.
4. Develop a team of colleagues who embody our customer promise and actively seek to delight our customers.
5. Coach, train, and develop colleagues, harnessing their strengths and addressing development areas.
6. Proactively recruit a team of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Assistants who reflect our values and possess the necessary skills.
7. Make commercial decisions regarding stock availability and merchandising.
8. Engage with key stakeholders to gain a broader understanding of the business.
9. Provide constructive feedback to the store team, District, and Regional Managers about store performance and business opportunities to encourage continuous growth.
10. Celebrate our customers’ life moments with passion.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a store manager within a retail environment.
2. Experience in leading and developing a team of colleagues.
3. Prepared to work towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
