Real Recruitment are working with our client to recruit a proactive Business Support Coordinator / Administrator to support their structural design engineers' team and finance team with administration and sales support. This role is office based in Bristol (BS4), on a full-time, permanent basis.
Full Driving Licence Required - Some occasional travel to other offices will be required.
SALARY: Circa £30,000 per annum DOE + Benefits
About The Role
This is more than you’re average Administration role, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing design engineering organisation, where you have an opportunity to own and shape business processes and ways of working. As a Business Support Coordinator you will support and partner with a number of teams and stakeholders within the business to deliver effective and proactive business administration support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage company Accreditations & Pre-qualification Questionnaires
2. Own general admin duties such as data entry, procurement and collecting data
3. Supporting both the Managing Director & Finance Manager with the creation of reports
4. Managing the flow of information throughout the year required for the annual Research & Development Tax Relief
5. Distribution of quotations & Tenders through various portals
6. Building and maintaining relationships with key external customers, enhancing the services you provide to them
7. Travel Arrangements
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
