Job Title: General Adult Psychiatry Grade: Specialty Dr Location: Oldham, Lancashire Working Hours: 40 hours Rate: Competitive, to be discussed upon application We are seeking an enthusiastic Specialty Dr in Adult Psychiatry to work full time hours for our NHS client based in Oldham, Lancashire. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract. What will your responsibilities be? You will assess, diagnose, and treat adults with mental health disorders. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, provide clinical care, and support patients' recovery. Your role includes conducting assessments, prescribing medications, and offering therapeutic interventions. Additionally, you will maintain detailed patient records, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the continuous improvement of mental health services Qualifications and Experiences: • You must have a full GMC licence to practice • Section 12 • Prior experience in a similar role is essential How to apply?
