Safety and Compliance Auditor
To manage and carry out the annual audit plan and support with correction and preventive actions.
KEY DUTIES:
1. Carry out company internal and external audits as required by the annual audit plan.
2. Assist and advise departmental heads with root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions.
3. Administration of Regulatory manuals, company policies and procedures ensuring they are maintained in compliance with the applicable competent authority regulations.
4. Assist with control and issue of company authorisations.
5. Assist with higher level occurrence investigations.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Essential:
1. Experience in a similar role, ideally in the aviation sector.
2. Experience in administration of Regulatory manuals, company policies and procedures.
3. Experience in aircraft/engine maintenance.
Desirable:
1. Knowledge of Health & Safety provisions in an aviation environment.
2. A qualification in audit and/or project management.
3. Experience in aviation QA.
ROLE BENEFITS:
1. Hours: Core hours are 40 per week - Monday to Friday.
2. Salary: Negotiable - dependent on experience.
3. Holidays: 20 days per year plus 3 additional 'Gift Days' at Christmas.
