A brilliant opportunity for you to join our business development team. You will help us develop and maintain strategic partnerships that support a pipeline of growth and sustain current business in our supported housing and care services across England. You’ll manage a variety of opportunities and relationships to help us retain and win new business.
Typical day as a Strategic Partnership Lead
* Lead and influence growth by identifying opportunities and developing bespoke solutions to commissioner and customer needs.
* Support operational leaders to sustain current business and ensure services remain viable and deliverable.
* Build and nurture key stakeholder relationships with a range of external and internal partners.
* Seek out new opportunities by building commissioner relationships at a place-based, community, and Integrated Care Board level.
* Work closely with operational managers to develop innovative services that encourage people to thrive.
You bring
* Demonstrable experience in health and/or social care commissioning.
* Excellent written and presentation skills, particularly the ability to construct precise persuasive propositions for commissioners.
* An understanding of commercial issues including commissioning approaches and pricing.
* Direct experience of leading negotiation conversations with external partners.
* An understanding of commercial governance and business development.
* A vehicle insured for business purposes.
