Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Prestatyn
Full time: 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm
Permanent: Remote working available Weds - Fri if desired (subject to change)
Salary: Around £26,100 per annum
We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Primary Care Team based in Prestatyn. You don't have to have previous finance skills (although this would be useful), as long as you can use Excel to a good level and have a strong willingness to learn, we would urge you to apply. We will train you.
As a Finance Assistant you’ll be working as part of a team, dealing with the financial side of Primary Care; sending out invoices, dealing with queries and credit control. This is a super opportunity to get your foot in the door here at HCA UK and work in finance.
What you’ll do:
* Resolving patient/client insurance billing queries
* Checking invoices for accuracy
* Processing payments
* Preparing client invoices and checking the billable rates and services
* Any other adhoc work from the management team
What you’ll bring:
* Excellent customer service (will be dealing with clients and patients)
* Good Excel skills (you will be using this the most out of all the Microsoft packages)
* Willingness to learn
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
