Role: eCommerce Merchandise Planner
Location: Coalville LE67 (with hybrid working after completion of training)
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum DOE, plus extensive benefits
Contract type: 9 months fixed term contract, with possible extension

What you’ll be doing?
Develop and manage the promotional calendar for the Consumer Health category, aligning with the broader business strategy
Lead competitor reviews to benchmark and enhance Pharmacy2U's promotional strategies
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver impactful consumer campaigns that drive sales and engagement
Ensure accuracy in promotional briefs, facilitating alignment between all relevant teams
Lead the planning and execution of promotion changeovers, ensuring minimal disruption to customer experience
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and use data-driven insights to influence future planning and drive continuous improvement
Coordinate with commercial, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure promotions and campaigns are accurately represented online and assist the merchandising team with executing promotional changeovers
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful campaign execution
Who are we looking for?
Proven experience in retail planning, campaign management, or promotional execution within a consumer-facing environment, ideally within e-commerce
Experience in planning and facilitating playback and review meetings, ensuring actionable outcomes and alignment among stakeholders
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital merchandising, including managing promotional changeovers and optimising on-site customer journeys
Experience in the health or pharmaceutical retail sector is a strong advantage, but not essential
Proficiency in tools like Excel and project management software (e.g., Trello, Jira)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide strategic recommendations for optimisation
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
