About the Role
* Support the management team with training of team members.
* Demonstrate how to close the shift in terms of billing.
* Ensure all guests are greeted properly for functions.
* Ensure the Meetings and Events operation is opened following set procedures.
* Ensure functions and events are managed correctly.
* Complete relevant shift reports and use of systems such as JudgeService.
* Support communication within the Management Team through handover process and operating procedures such as opening and closing.
About You
* A minimum of two years in a similar hospitality/food and beverage role
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* A positive attitude with great communication skills
* Excellent guest service
* Flexibility and initiative to respond to a range of different work situations
* Previous experience in supervising and/or delegation.
