The role: As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire an experienced manager to engage with and maintain clients, ensuring customer continuity and meeting retention, cross-sell, and upsell targets. Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Craft and execute territory plans, identifying new insurance sales and customer growth opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals. Ensure client renewals at rate-review / anniversary. Maintain organized pipeline, deals, and activity reporting (e.g., HubSpot). Take ownership of responsibilities and update leadership to demonstrate accountability. Manage and close insurance sales opportunities within YuLife’s existing customer base. Build strong relationships with key teams and stakeholders internally and externally. Partner with Customer Success, Customer Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Teams to execute territory plans and sales strategies. Exhibit strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. Articulate and position YuLife’s value proposition effectively. Maintain a track record of exceeding quota. Continuously seek to improve both personally and with the team. Develop knowledge in insurance and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have: GR1 and IF7 qualifications. Extensive knowledge and experience in the Group Risk Market. Drive, ambition, and presentation skills. Ability to build trusting relationships. Consultative sales experience preferred. Understanding of customer needs around wellbeing culture. Good organization skills and attention to detail. Understanding of how the broker market works. Experience managing a client portfolio through a CRM system. Team player and independent worker.
