Customer Services Operator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (with a 30 min unpaid lunch break)
Salary: £22,503 per annum (£11.54 ph) rising to £22,756.50 per annum (£11.67 ph) after successful completion of probation
Location: Hybrid - New Milton Hampshire
This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.
Start Date: 03rd February 2025
For this role, you need 5 mbps upload and 15 mbps download internet speed.

THE ROLE
You will be part of our Customer Services team, which is the center of customer interactions into the monitoring service.
We are looking for a new member to join our growing customer services team to be the key focal point for all customer interactions into the monitoring service, including staff, managers, residents, and next of kin contacts.
You will deliver first-class customer service by answering calls promptly, listening to inquiries, and responding efficiently in a courteous manner. Ensure that precise information is taken and accurately input within the Telecare platform in line with the company's quality procedures, while providing a high-quality administration function for the Monitoring business.
ABOUT YOU
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community and be empathetic and attentive to our customers’ needs.
You are a great communicator with exceptional attention to detail. You have an appetite to learn new skills and can use your initiative in problem-solving.
Ideally, you will have experience in a customer-facing role, either face-to-face or over the phone. Experience in a similar call center role would be advantageous.
You have a good general standard of education and are competent in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
