The Role: We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Administrative, Compliance, and Quality Assurance Support Officer to join our team and assist our Social Enterprise leadership in delivering quality apprenticeships and ensuring compliance with ESFA, OFSTED, and other professional bodies. Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to Langley’s Social Enterprise and Apprenticeship Strategy by supporting apprenticeship administration, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
* Lead the apprenticeship enrolment process, ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience for apprentices and monitoring employer contracts.
* Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with ESFA funding rules, data collection, and technical funding procedures.
* Manage and maintain data across various platforms (PICS, Smart Assessor, BKSB) and update learner training plans.
* Support monthly Individual Learner Record (ILR) submissions and verify them through internal quality assurance procedures.
* Assist the leadership team with audit preparation and ensure all documents are audit-ready in SharePoint.
* Coordinate new projects and meetings with stakeholders across England.
* Provide support for unannounced compliance visits and ensure operational plans meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure accurate documentation for external communications, including learner and employer packs.
* Provide business development support, including website updates, employer engagement, and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
* GCSE A-C or equivalent in English (or relevant professional qualification).
* Demonstrable experience in the Education and Training Sector, particularly in ESFA Funding, Compliance, and Administration.
* Experience in managing administrative duties, working to deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
Skills & Abilities:
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Ability to manage demanding workloads and work under pressure.
* Competency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant software.
Additional Requirements:
* Essential car user with a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Occasional travel to other training sites may be required.
