Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various departments and projects.
Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Collaborate with team members to streamline operational processes and enhance productivity.
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy access to important documents.
Help coordinate special projects and initiatives, tracking their progress and providing updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with various office management software.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £16.15
