JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a trusted strategic business advisor, mentor, and coach to leaders across operations, utilizing HR capabilities and collaborative partnerships to deliver value-added services that support the strategic objectives of the organization. This position works in collaboration across Human Resources and other operational disciplines to enhance the overall employee experience. The Sr. HRBP provides a broad range of strategic HR services, working in partnership with senior leaders across the organization to address both operational and workforce issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, employee and labor relations, workforce planning and development. The Sr. HRBP proactively translates business strategies into HR solutions that best enable the organization to meet strategic objectives. The Sr. HRBP possesses a deep understanding of the healthcare operations, diagnoses organizational needs, connects and deploys team capabilities, and consults with client groups on operational strategies to improve business performance through people. The Sr. HRBP leads, has independent discretion to act, and serves as a consultant on a breadth of human resource disciplines including organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee engagement, employee and labor relations, and workforce planning.
EDUCATION:
HR education and/or certification preferred. Master's level education in related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years HRBP experience required. 3+ years healthcare experience preferred. HR leadership experience may be substituted for HRBP experience.
Areas of Partnership:
This position will serve as a critical member of the continuous care service line, providing HR partnership and services to our skilled nursing facilities: Woodridge and Helen Porter.
