In this pivotal role, you'll provide expert advice and support to the PLC and it's directors on a range of governance issues, equity listings, and shareholder services.

If you're ready to make a significant impact, please reach out Key Responsibilities: Process Improvement: Assist in driving improvements of the Secretariat's processes through simplification, digitalisation, and efficiency enhancements.
Board Governance: Act as a key contact for advice on corporate governance, company secretarial queries, and compliance.
Draft sections of the Annual and Half-Year Reports and manage the confirmation of material from directors and senior executives.
Listings: Provide advice on UK Listing Rules, Companies Act 2006, and UK Market Abuse Regulation.
Coordinate stock exchange announcements working closely with other departments.
Shareholder Services: Support the management of retail shareholders, including planning and organising the AGM and managing dividend processes and share buyback programmes.
Qualifications and Experience: CGI qualified Experience in a UK listed company of substantial size and complexity, preferably within financial services.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a confidential environment with high compliance standards.
