* Provide 2nd Line support for Server-related issues, including user access, permissions, and content management.
* Monitor and maintain the health and performance of a Vblock platform.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Assist with the maintenance and administration of servers and network infrastructure.
* Collaborate with 1st and 3rd line support to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
* Document solutions and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
* Participate in IT projects and deployments as required.
* Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Willing to undergo Government Security Clearance to DV level, which requires residence in the UK for a minimum of 10 years.
* Good knowledge in VMWare Virtual Computing
* Good Knowledge of Windows Operating systems
* Proficiency in using IT service management tools.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
