Lead D365 F&O Consultant – West Midlands – £90k
Pearson Carter are currently supporting our end user client in Birmingham who are looking for a D365 Application Consultant to join their growing team. You will be responsible for analysing requirements, documenting proposed designs and delivering high quality solutions that align with business requirements, supporting strategic objectives and delivering return on investment.
They are offering an excellent salary of up to £90k depending on experience, 25 days holiday, bank holidays and Private Medical Insurance.
Responsibilities
1. Analyse and debug technical issues, providing timely resolution and support to end users and stakeholders.
2. Analysis of business processes to provide technical guidance on how Dynamics 365 can address business needs.
3. Collaborate with application change managers and external support partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
4. Stay current with the latest updates and features in D365 CE, F&O and related technologies.
Experience:
1. At least 6 years proven experience in developing and implementing solutions in Dynamics 365.
2. In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O capability and configuration options.
3. Sound knowledge, experience and/or certification in Project management (Waterfall, Agile etc.), business analysis and/or technical lead role.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, identify solutions.

Location
The client has an office in Birmingham and would need someone to come into the office 2-3 times a week.
