Compliance Fire Officer - Permanent, Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Compliance Fire Officer to join our Compliance & Facilities Team. Working alongside an existing Fire Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring fire safety across a designated portfolio of properties. Key Responsibilities Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service that prioritizes safety and compliance, ensuring all statutory and policy obligations are met. Manage and oversee compliance programmes, including fire detection and warning systems, emergency lighting, smoke vents (AOVs), and firefighting equipment, ensuring all checks and maintenance are completed to the highest standards. Plan, organize, and deliver the Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) programme, ensuring thorough assessments and compliance across all sites. Oversee the implementation and completion of fire safety actions arising from FRAs, ensuring timely resolution of any issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant legislation, building regulations, British standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance policies and procedures remain current. Proactively assess and prepare for future regulatory changes, implementing improvements where necessary.
