Programme Coordinator (known internally as Delivery Officer)
Location: Remote + 2 days per week in Paddington, London Office

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join as a Programme Coordinator / Delivery Officer. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of their programmes.

Position Overview
As a Delivery Officer, you’ll manage multiple programmes from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all participants.
Programme Delivery & Participant Engagement:
1. Interview and onboard Future Leaders.
2. Organise and host launch events.
3. Act as the main point of contact for participants (Professionals and Future Leaders), coordinating programme activities and keeping them informed.
4. Support facilitators in running group sessions, ensuring smooth operations (e.g. breakout rooms; tech support).
5. Monitor attendance, engagement and 121 progress, ensuring participants stay on track.
6. Gather and review feedback, taking a data-driven approach to identifying potential improvements and sharing insights with the team.
Process & Relationship Management:
7. Proactively keep the wider team updated on programme progress and collaborate closely with colleagues managing client relationships.
8. Build strong relationships with Future Leaders, business professionals, facilitators, and the team internally.
9. Document and improve day-to-day operations and processes, driving efficiency and best practices.

13. Strong communicator – Confident in engaging with professionals and young people, both in writing and when presenting.

15. Team player – Works collaboratively in a hybrid, close-knit team, supporting colleagues proactively.
16. Self-Starter – Takes initiative and works independently to achieve goals.
17. Data-Driven & Improvement-Focused – Uses insights and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency.
Nice-to-Haves:
18. 1-2+ years’ experience in programme support, learning delivery, or administration, ideally in education and training, social enterprise, non-profit, or corporate learning environments.
19. Experience in organising, coordinating or managing projects, programmes, or events.
20. Experience working with young adults.
21. Experience with CRM systems.
22. A keen eye for process improvement to enhance programme delivery.
23. Commercially Aware – Seeks to understand their social enterprise model and its impact.
