Operations Administrator
Shift: 4 on 4 off, 1800 to 0600
Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
1. Accurately input manual orders onto a Warehouse Management System (WMS) as per each partner's requirements and record the relevant order number on the hard copy.
2. Process EDI orders through to the WMS, monitor stock shortages, and allocate stock according to each client’s needs.
3. Ensure all delivery notes are updated daily and accurately input information into the Oakland in-house system.
4. Take ownership of partner telephone and email queries, dealing with issues professionally and efficiently reaching a satisfactory resolution for the customer.
5. Perform any other administration duties relevant to the customers’ requirements.
6. Assist the stock team with stock reconciliation (counts and customer queries).
Job Type: Full-time
