Description The Accounts Payable Assistant role will initially be a 12 month contract and will be Hybrid working- 3 days in Macclesfield office/2 remote. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager Key responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of Suppliers Ensuring all supplier invoices are processed using automated process environment. Ensure the supplier invoices are reconciled to the supplier statement on a monthly basis providing analysis/escalation where applicable. Dispute management by attending supplier calls to reduce the outstanding queries. Support the payments to suppliers in line with contractually agreed payment terms.
