Salary: £23,656 FTE (£5,406 pro rata)

About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our team here at Rushden Academy. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to build positive relationships with children and colleagues, and contribute towards providing a fun, safe environment.
You will have a key role in supporting our lunchtime pupil experience, both in the dining hall and outside on the playground. Working with your colleagues, you will need to ensure the safety, security and well being of pupils whilst promoting positive dining experiences and fun interactive playtimes.
You will need to:
have a positive and caring attitude
be friendly, approachable and have a helpful manner
be reliable, organised and efficient
have good communication skills;
be a positive team player
be committed to on-going staff development
Holding a current First Aid Certificate would be advantageous.
