Key Responsibilities
* Close sales and maximise revenue by presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients.
* Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of market trends.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
* Experience in selling Payroll & HR products and services is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* A self-motivated, driven, and resilient approach to sales, with a passion for achieving results.
