Job Description
* Engage with potential clients to schedule appointments for sales team.
* Consistently hit personal performance targets.
* Produce regular reports on sales activity and pipeline progress.
* Convert quotes into bookings effectively.
* Keep pipeline information current and accurate.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to increasing the margin of business brought in.
* Consistently improve conversion percentages.
* Work closely with the external sales team to achieve new business goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Telesales Agent should have:
* Self-driven with strong desire for personal and professional success.
* A proven track record of hitting personal performance targets
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Skilled in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce (Desired)
* A commitment to providing excellent customer service
* Adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills.
