Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support the Senior Leadership Team as a Personal/Executive Assistant. This pivotal role will involve providing confidential, efficient, and high-quality service to our Executive Directors. The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex, sensitive matters, ensuring that procedures and services are completed in line with agreed quality standards.
As a Personal/Executive Assistant, you will be expected to take initiative in pre-planning tasks, managing calendars, and advising on the most effective course of action for prioritising communications. This role demands exceptional communication skills, as you will engage regularly with both internal and external stakeholders, including those of significant importance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact, managing all incoming correspondence and telephone calls.
2. Proactively manage and coordinate the Executive Directors’ schedules by prioritising and arranging both internal and external meetings. Ensure relevant briefing materials are prepared in advance. Oversee the calendar to allow for adequate breaks, email responses, emergency handling, message relaying, and work delegation.
