THE JOB OVERVIEW
You will work very closely with the Registered Manager (RM) and support the RM in managing the business and the team within it by planning and delivering quality domiciliary care as well as maintaining and improving compliance to all regulatory standards within the service provision.
THE JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will provide management and leadership to the team and ensure that all current and newly referred service users are properly and continuously assessed, and high-quality person-centred support is effectively provided to regulatory standards.
You will manage/coordinate the day-to-day activities within the service.
You will manage staff within the delegated budget in accordance with Rysvil Policies and Procedures and all other regulations. You will ensure the support / service team is equipped with the skills and competences required alongside the provision of a developmental focus in aid of practice. In this regard you will keep abreast with new developments in Health Care and Regulations. You will be responsible for staff supervision, appraisals, staff meetings and Training that meet individual and/or team learning, also staff recruitment and induction.
