Key Responsibilities: Leadership Engagement: Advise senior leaders on employee sentiment, helping them communicate with empathy and impact. Culture & Strategy: Align communication with the business strategy and culture, ensuring employees understand their role in delivering outstanding client experiences. Change Management: Lead communication efforts that drive employee commitment and smooth transitions during organisational change. Crisis Management: Collaborate with the leadership team to communicate effectively during crisis situations. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing communications team to achieve business objectives. What We're Looking For: Experience in Employee Communications, preferably in financial or professional services Excellent writing skills and ability to simplify complex messages for internal audiences Proven ability to use data and insights to shape communication strategies A creative mindset with a strong track record of creating impactful content across multiple channels (intranet, events, social media) A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
