Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire
Base Salary: £25,798 - £26,331 per annum- sleep-ins paid at 44.56 per sleep in + allowance of an attendance bonus of £1,400 per annum.
Shift Pattern: Working earlies 07:00 – 15:00, lates 14:00 – 22:00, doubles 07:30 – 22:30 and sleep-ins on a rotational shift pattern.

Overview:
We have a full time, permanent opportunity for a Residential Youth Support Worker to be based at our BRAND NEW 2 bedded children’s residential home in Brackley, Northamptonshire. The home supports young children between the ages of 5 – 12 and is due to be opening in the coming months. Under great management, you will be part of the home from scratch ready for us to welcome in our first young person.
What Does the Role Involve?
As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll provide stability, guidance, and mentorship to young people who have experienced trauma. Your work will be challenging, unpredictable, and deeply rewarding. Every day will be different, and your job will include:
1. Supporting and caring for young people – helping with daily routines, activities, and emotional well-being.
2. Managing challenging situations – using your resilience and empathy to de-escalate conflicts.
3. Encouraging personal growth – supporting young people to develop independence, education, and life skills.
4. Be a trusted role model – showing resilience, patience, and empathy in every interaction.
5. Creating a nurturing environment – helping to build a safe and stable home.
