Our leading Manufacturing client in the Dungannon area require a Part time Sales Administrator.
Working Hours:
* Monday - Wednesday 8.30-5pm or 9.00-5.30pm
Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
* Work as part of the Order processing team ensuring customer orders are entered accurately and timely on to the system.
* Ensure any queries regarding orders are dealt with.
* Contacting customers to clarify order details.
* Liaise with production, quality, and customer services when necessary.
* Responding to emails and general admin regarding orders, marketing material etc.
* Dealing with production queries on special order requests.
* Other administrative duties as required to ensure the efficient running of a busy office.
Criteria:
* The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 GCSE’s Grade C or equivalent to include Maths and English.
* Be enthusiastic and keen to develop new skills.
* Working knowledge or experience of Microsoft packages would be advantageous, although not essential as full training will be provided.
* Good level of written and spoken English is essential for this customer facing role.
