Main duties of the job
As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Care Managers and Senior Nurse Managers to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of care services across the South East and London regions. This will involve managing staffing and workforce planning, monitoring service quality and compliance, driving recruitment and retention, and building strong relationships with clients, families, and internal stakeholders. You will be a proactive problem-solver, ensuring seamless service delivery at all times and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & People Management – Lead, inspire, and support regional care teams, driving engagement, retention, and professional growth.
* Operational Excellence – Ensure services are well-staffed, efficient, and compliant with CQC/CIW/RQIA regulations.
* Recruitment & Workforce Planning – Oversee regional hiring, ensure vacancies are filled efficiently, and support new care package mobilisations.
* Customer & Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with clients, families, and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
* Performance & Growth – Drive KPI success in carer retention, recruitment speed, package retention, and service expansion.
* Crisis Management & On-Call Support – Be a proactive problem-solver, ensuring smooth service delivery at all times.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Strong leadership experience in a field-based operational role
* Background in healthcare, social care, or domiciliary care (Complex Care, related regulations and CQC knowledge is a big plus!)
* A hands-on, solution-focused approach to operational challenges
* Proven ability to drive recruitment, workforce planning, and service quality
* Experience using workforce management systems (One Touch is a bonus!)
