First Active 365 are supporting various services across Norfolk, assisting with their temporary staffing needs. There are nursing homes, residential care homes, and supported living services with residents from 18 years and older.
Due to increasing and ongoing demand, we are looking to onboard more local people for regular work. The majority of work available is during daytime hours, so flexibility during the hours of 7am and 9pm is important due to the variety of shift patterns; however, night shifts are available on occasion. Ideally, you would live within Norfolk with access to your own transport, as public transport links may not accommodate commuting at these hours.
Mostly, we are looking for people with experience in supporting the elderly, people with dementia, and/or people with learning disabilities. A resilient personality, genuine passion for what you do, and reliability are important for this role.
