The role reports to the head of PMO with no direct reports but requires extensive functional collaboration. All projects need to be structured and executed to support new initiatives, business processes, and group strategy.
Role Breakdown:
1. Portfolio management: Manage departmental portfolios, generate concise status reporting and visibility to stakeholders, report and update senior management.
2. Project support: Champion a culture of change across all functions, utilize a structured project approach to set business project managers up for success (such as charter builds, workplan generation, and process governance), and support and drive improvement projects across all functions.
3. Develop a project management process: Within functions aligned to the PMO (e.g., NPD), support functions on key projects to deliver on strategy, and enhance overall processes where required.
4. Strategic alignment: Support portfolio coordination aligned with and underpinning business strategy, as well as supporting the governance of divisional strategy with clear project portfolios in place to deliver annual objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience: To have managed projects in whatever area of FMCG you are working in.
2. Skills: To be able to prioritize, manage stakeholders, and have a clear track record of delivering on projects.
3. Collaboration: To be able to liaise with senior figures within the business, as well as the ability to galvanize and collaborate to ensure the delivery of projects across the whole business.
