Independent Pipeline Services (IPSL) is a high-growth pipeline testing & leak detection company based in Rolleston, working throughout the South Island.
We are searching for a Project Manager (water infrastructure sector) to join our management team. The role combines liaising with clients, engineers, project managers, and council representatives to identify opportunities, prepare quotes, and design plans to test and chlorinate pipelines, like pumping units, testing stations, and water tanks in accordance with strict IPSL and national standards.
ABOUT YOU
Being flexible and good-humoured is essential, as most days you will be quoting, designing, and scheduling work as well as managing clients and projects. We want people who are hardworking, who like getting their hands dirty, and who know a job is only finished when the problem is solved, and the client is satisfied!
Like us, we expect you will be passionate about water quality and have some experience in the water infrastructure sector. To succeed, you need to be a self-starter, comfortable working independently and thinking on your feet. Accountable for designing plans correctly, you need an expert eye for detail and tenacity to hold others to IPSL high standards.
Most importantly, you must be presentable with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, the public, and contractors. This is a great chance to play a key part in achieving the IPSL vision of efficiently distributing clean fresh drinking water to everyone, anywhere.
