This role combines both proactive planning and reactive problem-solving to support smooth operations and optimal resourcing. Key Responsibilities: In this 180-role focused on resource and administrative support (no new business generation), you will: Coordinate staff scheduling and resource allocation to ensure that project demands are efficiently met. Assist with recruitment processes, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews, to help build and maintain a strong team. Serve as a point of contact for internal team members and clients, managing both proactive planning and reactive problem-solving for smooth project delivery. What We’re Looking For: Our ideal candidate brings: Experience in an administrative or resourcing role, ideally in a logistics, construction, or site services environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance proactive planning with quick response capabilities. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
