Are you an experienced IT professional looking for a rewarding leadership role? Berkley Care Group is seeking a Group IT Manager to lead and enhance our IT operations.
Your Role as a Group IT Manager:
* Oversee and manage all IT operations, including networks, hardware, software, databases, and cloud-based applications
* Work closely with our Business Intelligence Director to develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business goals
* Ensure business continuity with regular data backups, disaster recovery procedures, and system updates
* Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency
* Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
* Provide technical support and training across the organisation, ensuring employees can effectively use IT systems
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data protection regulations
* Proficiency in IT management tools, cloud-based applications, and network monitoring systems
* Experience in project management and leading digital transformation initiatives
* A proactive, solution-focused leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Based in the Worcester area with the ability to travel between sites as required (valid driving licence required)
