In this exciting role, youll manage a portfolio of complex projects aimed at improving access to digital services for patients and clinicians alike, streamlining healthcare delivery, and enhancing patient outcomes. Youll be overseeing a team of project managers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Main duties of the job In this role, you will lead the Digital Front Door programme, ensuring it aligns with business goals and measuring success through key performance indicators (KPIs). You will engage stakeholders by collaborating with clinicians, IT teams, and patient representatives to understand their requirements and secure support. Providing strong leadership, you will mentor project managers to ensure the effective delivery of digital solutions. Youll maintain governance structures and regularly report progress to senior management, while also identifying and mitigating programme risks and issues. Additionally, you will manage budget allocation and resource efficiency, staying updated on emerging technologies to enhance patient care. Lastly, you will facilitate change by implementing initiatives for the adoption of digital solutions and developing training plans to support users.
