Responsibilities:
1. Managing a diverse portfolio of insolvency cases.
2. Liaising directly with creditors, debtors, and other relevant parties.
3. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff, aiding their progression and development.
4. Assisting the partner with high-level insolvency strategies and decision-making.
5. Ensuring all case administration is compliant with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
Requirements:
6. Proven experience in insolvency, preferably at an Assistant Manager level or similar.
7. Comprehensive understanding of insolvency legislation and procedures.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Ability to work proactively, both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
10. Proficiency in using industry-specific software.
