You will be proficient at communicating both written and verbally. This role is supporting our customers, providing 1st line support and escalation across our Vendors, so being able to pick up the phone in a confident, polite manner is vital and is a trait more desirable than existing IT knowledge. You’ll demonstrate a keen interest in developing your cloud technology knowledge and will be willing to put your hand up to new opportunities as they arise. You will have the ability to work on a rota basis covering shifts 8.30am-5pm, 9.30am-6pm and 5.30pm-1am Our most successful people have a can-do attitude and are enthusiastic and passionate about delivering top-quality service to our stakeholders.
