Key Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse caseload involving wills, trusts, probate, Court of Protection matters, and lasting powers of attorney.
* Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
* Working collaboratively within a small team to deliver exceptional client service.
* Supporting the team with more complex cases and contributing to the overall growth and success of the department.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in wills, probate, and estates matters.
* Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, and estate planning.
* Excellent client care skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing cases.
* Willingness to undertake STEP exams (paid for by the firm) to further develop expertise.
