About the Role:As the SENCo, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every child with special educational needs receives the support they need to thrive. You will lead the development of individualized learning plans, working closely with teachers, parents, external agencies, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and delivery of personalized learning plans for students with SEN.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to support diverse learners and implement effective strategies.
- Lead and manage the SEN team, offering training and professional development.
- Liaise with parents and external agencies to ensure clear communication and effective support.
- Monitor and track the progress of students with SEN and ensure timely interventions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the SEN Code of Practice.
- Foster an inclusive school culture that promotes respect and understanding.
- Manage and monitor the SEN budget effectively.

What We Are Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with a SENCO qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
- Experience in managing SEN provision in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and relevant legislation.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
