Job Description
This is an evening reception role Tuesday - Saturday 3pm-8pm
As a Receptionist, you will...
7. Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
8. Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival
9. Answer emails, book tables into the restaurant
10. Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay
11. Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
