The Role

We’re seeking a passionate communications and marketing professional to join our team and help us to deliver important messages in innovative ways – supporting us to stand out as a first-class landlord. This is a fixed-term role for approx. 14 months (March 2025).
As a Customer Communications Officer, you’ll produce and develop high-quality content across our key customer channels which includes print, email, social media, our app and website. Reporting to our Customer Communications Manager, you’ll develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and accessibility. You’ll help us provide a constant and consistent presence and respond to trends in customer behaviour, whilst supporting the delivery of our Customer Communication Strategy.

Our ideal candidate?
1. You’ll have experience of successfully delivering and managing innovative and engaging campaigns.
2. You’ll need a creative flair, a keen eye for detail and demonstratable evidence of communicating with a diverse audience in a large and complex organisation.
3. To succeed in this, role you’ll need to be able to manage and prioritise multiple communications projects at once and be confident advising and taking briefs from colleagues on all levels.
