Job Duties:
* Provide one-to-one tuition sessions to students
* Plan and deliver engaging sessions tailored to individual student needs
* Build strong rapport with students and create a positive learning environment
* Identify and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Develop and implement strategies to motivate and engage students
* Encourage student participation and active learning during sessions
* Identify and address any learning difficulties or barriers to engagement
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders to support student progress
Required Qualifications:
* Degree in a relevant subject
* Experience in tutoring or teaching
* Ability to work one-to-one with students
Other suitable Qualifications:
* Teaching Assistant (TA) PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience in delivering tuition to students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Tuition experience
* Ability to work one-to-one with students
* Hard working and dedicated
* Resilient and able to adapt to different student needs
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging sessions
* Provide constructive feedback to students
* Ability to engage and motivate students

Working Conditions:
The engagement tutor will work with students on a one-to-one basis, either in-person or through online platforms. The working hours will be determined based on the availability of the tutor and the students. The tutor will be responsible for creating a conducive learning environment and ensuring the safety and well-being of the students during the sessions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
