Blair West is supporting The Property Franchise Group to find a senior FP&A. Reporting to the Finance Director – Business Partnerships, this role requires strong commercial awareness and will involve working closely with Group Managing Directors and Operations Managers. The role plays a key part in ensuring budgets are met, revenue is maximised, and essential KPIs are developed and delivered. This position is crucial in driving growth and profitability across the Group businesses, aligning performance to both PLC and franchisee objectives.
The opportunity:
* Provide regular financial reporting and insights to senior management, ensuring clear communication of results versus budget and prior year performance.
* Enhance financial awareness across the senior team to support budgeted growth and revenue maximisation.
* Develop and maintain Power BI databases, delivering key financial analysis to inform decision-making.
* Build and manage comprehensive reporting suites on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
* Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to address issues, opportunities, and business questions as they arise.
* Establish and maintain key relationships with Group MDs and middle management to align financial strategies and business objectives.
* Drive a robust Management Information process across brands, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
* Identify and implement operational best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Monitor key financial metrics and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
* Lead cost optimisation initiatives while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
* Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant status with a strong commercial mindset.
* Proven ability to influence key stakeholders through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* An analytical approach, with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in presenting financial information effectively.
* Knowledge of Power BI (training can be provided if required).
* A thorough understanding of finance, budgeting, and revenue optimisation strategies.
